Owns end-to-end enterprise application programs across finance engineering, from strategy and roadmap development through delivery, adoption, and operational support. Manages priorities, schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholders, vendors, testing, change management, and communications. Champions Agile project management practices, process improvements, and collaboration across business, application, and PMO teams.

Leads business operations, organizational health, communications, and strategic programs for the Digital Gaming third-party platforms team. Establishes operating rhythms, coordinates planning and leadership meetings, supports budgeting and headcount management, drives process improvements, develops executive communications, and manages cross-functional initiatives. The role partners with Finance, HR, Microsoft organizations, and gaming stakeholders while supporting events, business reviews, integration efforts, and team engagement.

Lead financial data governance for reporting and accounting: own master data, chart of accounts, hierarchies, mappings and issue resolution. Partner with Accounting, FP&A, IT and reporting teams to support reporting requirements, validate structures, improve processes, and ensure US GAAP compliance and internal controls.
