Lead deep-dive analyses on large-scale datasets to drive Xbox Advertising product and business decisions. Design and analyze A/B tests, apply rigorous statistical methods, communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders, collaborate with product, data science, engineering, and commercial teams, document methodologies, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.

Lead creature character art for a new IP: create high-resolution sculpts and optimized low‑poly textured game assets using PBR workflows; collaborate with concept, animation, rigging, tech art and rendering teams; solve pipeline challenges, participate in testing/feedback, and help present work at high quality.

Provide consultative support and case management for sensitive employee relations issues. Conduct investigations, partner with Legal and Ethics & Compliance, recommend disciplinary actions, document cases, deliver ER training, and support reasonable accommodation processes and ad hoc HR projects.
