Manage full-cycle recruitment across functions and geographies, partner with hiring managers and HRBPs, apply DE&I best practices, use ATS/CRM and sourcing tools to build pipelines, support structured interviews, and drive process improvements to deliver quality hires.

Lead APAC controllership governance and oversight of outsourced accounting teams. Ensure accurate month-end close, journal entry and reconciliation review, resolve accounting issues, support reporting and SOX controls, partner with global teams to standardize and automate processes, and drive continuous improvement.

Lead social media content strategy and day-to-day channel management, including ideation, copywriting, publishing, community engagement, and performance reporting. Execute internal communications—employee announcements, newsletters, intranet and Slack messaging—and support PR, events, and cross-functional storytelling. Manage editorial calendars, track analytics, and collaborate with leadership and agencies in a fast-paced environment.
