Process vendor invoices, maintain vendor records, manage registrations and statutory documentation, calculate TDS, verify GST compliance, reconcile GSTR-2B and vendor ledgers, manage unbilled costs and open GRPOs, prepare aging reports, and support payment processing and cash flow planning.

Manage high-volume accounts receivable activities, including sales invoice processing, client documentation, GST and TDS application, receipt allocation, ageing, collections, reconciliations, and unbilled revenue reviews. Maintain accurate customer ledgers, prepare collection forecasts, support GST returns, address outstanding receivables, and coordinate with sales, banking, commercial, and operations teams. Ensure records are complete for MIS reporting, audits, and statutory compliance.

Manage and grow key client and agency relationships within the digital advertising ecosystem. Coordinate campaign requirements and delivery with internal teams, monitor performance, provide client updates, resolve issues, and identify account growth opportunities. The role requires strong networking, communication, negotiation, commercial, and client-management skills, with active field presence at agency offices, client locations, and professional workspaces in Ho Chi Minh City.
