Own and scale the global Talent Acquisition function across India and international markets. Build hiring strategy, workforce plans, processes, governance, metrics, and technology infrastructure. Lead critical, senior, and niche hiring, develop sourcing pipelines, improve funnel performance and candidate experience, and partner with business leaders. Manage and develop the TA team while driving automation, analytics, ATS adoption, stakeholder accountability, and recruitment process excellence.

Manage and grow key client and agency relationships within the digital advertising ecosystem. Coordinate campaign requirements and delivery with internal teams, monitor performance, provide client updates, resolve issues, and identify account growth opportunities. The role requires strong networking, communication, negotiation, commercial, and client-management skills, with active field presence at agency offices, client locations, and professional workspaces in Ho Chi Minh City.

Lead revenue expansion of Xapads in Brazil by building agency and advertiser partnerships, scaling Mobile/Web performance marketing (user acquisition, app installs, lead gen), owning full sales cycle, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver optimized, outcome-driven campaigns.
