Lead projects on generative and foundation models, implement large-scale distributed training and GPU-based inference, collaborate with biology and drug discovery experts, publish and communicate research, and contribute to open-source efforts.

Lead and define the protein sciences strategy, oversee protein production and characterization (E. coli, cell-free, mammalian), implement automation and high-throughput workflows, direct purification and analytical characterization (HPLC, MS, BLI/SPR, SEC, CE-SDS), translate assays for CMC/clinical development, mentor staff, maintain regulatory-quality documentation, and collaborate cross-functionally with AI, research, process development, and clinical teams.

Lead analytical development for biologics from preclinical through clinical stages: develop, validate, transfer methods; manage stability, external labs, CMC strategy, regulatory submissions, and cross-functional technical oversight.
