Analyze firmware and hardware releases for compatibility, security, performance, reliability, and safety. Diagnose intermittent and complex hardware failures, manage vendor RMA claims, collaborate with data center technicians, develop monitoring automation, document reliability metrics and root-cause analyses, and participate in on-call incident response for data center hardware issues.

Designs, builds, programs, troubleshoots, and commissions automated control systems for AI supercomputer campuses. Responsibilities include PLC and HMI development, electrical control panel design, schematics, process simulation, component selection, cabinet and field wiring management, and deployment of BMS, EPMS, SCADA, and PLC systems supporting cooling and electrical infrastructure. The role also manages project schedules and budgets and requires onsite work in Memphis/Southaven with occasional travel and extended hours as needed.

Design, deploy, operate, and troubleshoot highly available, low-latency networks for AI supercomputer campuses. Responsibilities include data-center and campus networking, hardware deployment, network automation, monitoring and telemetry, change management, cluster support, incident response, documentation, fiber infrastructure, segmentation, and cybersecurity compliance. The role provides on-call operational support, collaborates with infrastructure and site teams, supports campus expansions, and requires up to 20% travel, physical site work, and occasional extended hours.
