Manage full capital equipment sales lifecycle across an assigned territory: prospecting, discovery, technical proposal development, demos, negotiation, and closing. Coordinate with engineering, service, and operations, maintain CRM pipeline, forecast performance, attend trade shows, and support handoff to project teams.

Coordinate OEM technical data and serve as primary liaison between OEMs and X-Series Engineering. Create and maintain standardized engineering documentation, track project schedules, manage risks, support machine productization, and coordinate applications engineering activities. Frequent domestic and international travel and cross-functional communication required.

Lead marketing strategy, brand, product marketing, and demand generation for B2B industrial equipment. Plan trade shows, digital marketing, content, and dealer support; align campaigns with sales and engineering, build marketing infrastructure, track performance, manage budgets, vendors, and a growing marketing team to drive revenue and service-focused engagement.

Drive territory revenue and market expansion for capital equipment by managing end-to-end sales cycles. Qualify leads, develop proposals with engineering, demonstrate equipment, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Maintain CRM pipelines, forecast results, represent the company at trade shows, and support handoff to project execution and service teams.
