Lead cross-functional customer projects from order entry through delivery in a technical manufacturing environment. Coordinate Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations; manage schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, documentation, and customer communications. Serve as the primary customer contact, provide status updates, resolve issues, and maintain accurate project and order information. Support sales pipeline maintenance and purchase-order tracking while improving project management processes and reporting.

Lead design, development, integration, and test of RF and microwave subsystems for radar, EW, aerospace, and defense. Architect RF subsystems, run system-level simulations and trade studies, drive prototyping and hands-on testing, mentor junior engineers, collaborate cross-functionally and with customers, support proposals and product roadmaps, and act as a technical expert for RF solutions.

Lead strategic business development to grow revenue in Aerospace & Defense and adjacent commercial RF markets. Identify and qualify opportunities, manage pipeline in Salesforce, build customer and partner relationships, collaborate with Engineering/Operations on proposals, and meet bookings, pipeline, and win-rate targets while traveling to customer sites and industry events.
