Design, develop, and scale Go-based backend microservices, APIs, and distributed systems. Responsibilities include database design and optimization, event-driven integrations, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, testing, observability, security, reliability, and architectural documentation. The role works with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and related technologies while participating in code reviews, performance optimization, and system design.

Create motion graphics, animations, and video ads for paid social and advertising networks. Collaborate with Creative Producers and designers to develop visual concepts, animate static assets, and adapt and export content to meet network requirements and production workflows. The role requires attention to detail, responsiveness to feedback, and a portfolio demonstrating motion design skills, with opportunities for professional growth in a flexible creative team.

Develop and optimize mobile ad monetization strategies, increase advertising revenue, conduct A/B tests, manage ad network and vendor relationships, negotiate placements, collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams, and analyze market trends and monetization metrics.
