Lead local People & Culture strategy and team, ensure high-quality HR processes (talent acquisition, comp & benefits, payroll, employee relations, training), advise business leaders, maintain compliance with employment laws, and drive workforce transformation aligned with global initiatives.

Lead process integration and yield improvement for X-FAB Texas technologies. Design and execute process and probe tests, analyze wafermaps and probe data, perform bench testing of primitive structures, drive FA strategies and process solutions, support process engineers, and communicate results to customers and internal teams. May work with SiC and III-V materials.
