Support and improve thin film wafer fab processes through statistical analysis, DOE, process control strategy, FMEA creation, documentation, material evaluation, troubleshooting, cost optimization, and training of manufacturing and engineering personnel.

Lead and develop the local People & Culture team, drive cultural and workforce transformation, ensure high-quality global and local P&C processes (talent acquisition, compensation, payroll, employee relations, training), partner with business leaders, represent site in global P&C discussions, and maintain compliance with employment laws and policies.

Support process integration and yield improvement for X-FAB Texas technologies. Design and execute process/probe tests, analyze wafermap/parametric data, lead FA strategies, electrically test primitive structures, interface with customers and engineers, drive process solutions, and present experimental results. May work with SiC and III-V materials.
