Develops and maintains parametric and functional semiconductor test programs; validates and correlates tests across wafer fabs and customer sites. Sets up devices on probers, probe cards, characterization work requests, and functional test equipment. Supports equipment modification, troubleshooting, repair, data distribution, wafermap activities, material flow, vendor coordination, and integration engineering. Requires programming, semiconductor physics and process knowledge, database understanding, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Supervise shift manufacturing operations, including material flow, inventory production, headcount allocation, WIP movement, and dispatch execution. Lead and develop employees through onboarding, training, evaluations, and performance feedback. Enforce safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including IATF 16949 and ISO 14001. Monitor KPIs and implement continuous-improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time, improve line yield, optimize tool utilization, and increase operational efficiency using Lean, 6S, 8D, PDCA, and Ishikawa methods.

Supports and improves photolithography processes in a wafer fabrication environment. Responsibilities include monitoring process and equipment performance, troubleshooting products and process flows, dispositioning nonconforming material, designing experiments, evaluating fab materials, documenting procedures, implementing corrective actions, and training manufacturing and engineering personnel.
