Provides project controls support across planning, scheduling, cost management, estimating, risk management, and change tracking. Maintains project schedules, budgets, forecasts, risk registers, performance dashboards, and KPI reports. Reviews estimates, supports project leadership with progress updates, analyzes project performance, and guides junior team members. The role requires independent judgment and may lead estimate deliverables for assigned projects.

Leads procurement and supply chain strategy for advanced nuclear fuel and reactor programs. Identifies, develops, and qualifies suppliers; creates category and project execution plans; negotiates strategic contracts; manages supplier performance, quality requirements, schedules, costs, and risk mitigation. Partners with Engineering, Quality Assurance, business development, suppliers, and customers while providing guidance to junior team members. The role is fully onsite in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, with up to 10% travel.

Leads project planning and scheduling processes within project controls, overseeing schedule development, monitoring, variance analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Provides technical direction, coordinates resources, establishes best practices, supports proposals and project initiation, facilitates communication across teams, and delivers scheduling training. The role strengthens project controls practices across complex programs and projects.
