Leads the strategic direction, technical integration, and organizational performance of plant integration, plant support systems, physical plant integration, and systems engineering disciplines. Establishes enterprise integration standards, ERP readiness and architecture, governance, testing, documentation, and system optimization while ensuring nuclear quality, security, and regulatory compliance. Oversees staffing, budgets, technical readiness reviews, and communication with executives, regulators, and external partners.

Supports engineering and reactor design projects through research, technical documentation, project-file organization, schedule updates, progress tracking, and schedule-impact analysis. The intern assists with risk, issue, and change management while participating in meetings and design reviews. Candidates should be pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in business, project management, engineering, or a related field, with knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and risk management.

Supports engineering projects related to reactor design and licensing through hardware testing, experimentation, test planning, technical research, data analysis, documentation, reporting, and project coordination. The intern collaborates with engineers and scientists under guided supervision, participates in design reviews and team meetings, and maintains technical records. The role is a fully on-site, 10-week Summer 2027 internship for students or recent graduates in mechanical, electrical, nuclear, or related engineering fields.
