Provides executive and administrative support to senior government leaders by managing calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, records, briefing materials, action items, and stakeholder communications. Supports reports, dashboards, strategic initiatives, and special projects while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with federal procedures. Requires strong organization, communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, Defense Travel System expertise, and experience supporting government or military leadership.

Provides acquisition management and contract support for DoD and civilian agencies throughout the acquisition lifecycle. Prepares and reviews acquisition documentation, conducts analysis and risk assessments, coordinates with contracting officials and subcontractors, performs research and quality control, and prepares reports for management and clients.
