Manage and grow emerging retail accounts while developing new specialty retail, B2B distribution, builder, developer, and other channel partnerships. Responsibilities include prospecting, relationship management, account planning, negotiations, promotional planning, demand forecasting, profitability analysis, and performance improvement. The role owns partnerships from initial outreach through launch and ongoing growth, working cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, finance, product, and business intelligence teams.

Create end-to-end visual marketing assets across packaging, ecommerce, retail, email, paid media, social, and sales channels. Translate product benefits into persuasive designs, manage projects from concept through production and quality control, collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors, and use AI-enabled tools to improve creative efficiency while maintaining brand quality and accuracy.

Build secure-by-default infrastructure platforms, policy-as-code guardrails, identity and access automation, and automated security and compliance controls. Develop reusable infrastructure patterns, self-service workflows, CI/CD and GitOps protections, least-privilege enforcement, and continuous compliance capabilities. Detect configuration drift and automate remediation across cloud environments and engineering workflows while collaborating with teams across the organization.

Provides senior legal guidance across commercial, consumer, product, regulatory, privacy, intellectual property, employment, governance, compliance, and risk matters. Drafts and negotiates complex agreements, advises executives and cross-functional teams, manages outside counsel, identifies practical solutions to ambiguous legal issues, and builds scalable legal processes, templates, training, and self-service tools.

Lead a zero-to-one consumer product (Never Wonder) converting smart-home data into AI-driven insights. Define vision, roadmap, UX flows, and metrics; lead cross-functional teams (engineering, AI/ML, design, data); drive discovery, prototyping, launch, iteration, and go-to-market readiness.

Supports the employee lifecycle through HR operations, leave and immigration administration, employee relations, compliance, HRIS administration, people analytics, reporting, and manager coaching. The role administers Rippling workflows, maintains employee records, coordinates employment-based immigration processes, builds workforce dashboards, supports performance and compensation programs, and manages separations. This six-month contract role is onsite three days weekly in Kirkland and supports U.S.-based employees.

Lead S&OP and inventory planning to balance demand, supply, service levels, and working capital. Improve planning systems, build analytical algorithms and AI-enabled workflows, manage overseas suppliers, and lead a supply chain analytics team to drive data-driven inventory decisions and presentations to leadership.

Partner with hardware product, supply chain, and sales teams to lead pricing, unit-economics, and contribution-profit analysis. Own hardware financial planning, pricing elasticity models, OPEX/headcount planning, decision-ready reporting, and surface risks/opportunities to influence roadmap and forecasting.

Own and optimize Klaviyo-based lifecycle journeys across email, SMS, push, and in-app. Build flows, run A/B tests, collaborate with BI and product teams, connect onsite and lifecycle experiences, stabilize migrated journeys, and measure impact on attach, upgrades, retention, and repeat purchase.

Own end-to-end subscription product lifecycle: discover opportunities, define strategy and requirements, partner with design/engineering/data, launch and measure AI-powered premium features, run experiments to improve conversion, engagement, retention, and LTV, and iterate to drive measurable business impact.

Develop and deploy in-house vision-language models for smart home video understanding: track research, train and evaluate multimodal VLMs on large-scale video data, design evaluation pipelines, build prototypes, inform product direction, and publish or open-source research.
