Drive SMB fiber internet sales by prospecting targeted businesses, managing leads and clients, meeting with business owners and IT managers, promoting the company’s brand, and meeting sales targets. The role requires telecommunications knowledge, relationship-building with local business stakeholders, participation in community events, coordination with sales teams, and effective use of customer record systems.

Develop and maintain relationships with new home sales agents, property managers, leasing agents, and community managers to generate referral sales in open-trench and MDU communities. The role involves territory sales, community events, strategic opportunity development, customer service, cross-functional coordination, and maintaining field sales materials. A valid driver’s license and proven sales experience are required; telecommunications or fiber sales experience is preferred.

Provides technical customer support by troubleshooting connectivity, speed, home networking, and device issues. Resolves problems during the first call when possible, creates and monitors trouble tickets, schedules field service, and provisions network changes. Supports customer service overflow involving sales and billing, answers technical questions, recommends products, and promotes services. Requires strong communication, multitasking, de-escalation, and basic networking knowledge.
