Provides phone, email, chat, and web support to customers; assists with AV system design; develops product expertise through testing and research; provides level-one internal IT support; maintains customer relationships and accurate support records; and works independently or collaboratively in a remote-capable environment.

Manage the development, testing, documentation, marketing support, and successful release of professional audio/video products. Collaborate with manufacturers, factories, service providers, IP holders, vendors, sales, and marketing teams. Conduct market, competitor, and technical research; create product requirements, manuals, installation guides, release notes, and marketing content; resolve technical issues; support trade shows and training; and visit manufacturers and suppliers semi-annually.

Manage regional AV sales across Germany, Austria, and Benelux by developing partner and customer relationships, identifying opportunities, conducting account visits, meeting sales targets, preparing proposals, maintaining Zoho CRM records, and coordinating with customer support and technical sales teams. The role requires AV sales experience, fluent English and German, residence in Germany or the Netherlands, and frequent travel for customer engagements.
