Processes and reconciles invoices, vendor payments, purchase orders, expense reports, account transactions, and financial records. Uses SAP to obtain approvals, manages check runs, resolves discrepancies, maintains vendor accounts, reviews aging reports, supports audits, and ensures accurate AP documentation. The role also handles vendor communications, expense reimbursements, records retention, and general phone routing while collaborating with project managers and controllers.

Manages material handling automation projects involving conveyors, robotics, AS/RS, structures, controls, software, and related equipment. Responsibilities include planning and completing projects, managing financials, resources, contracts, suppliers, customer relationships, project records, and status updates. The role manages multiple projects across locations and requires up to 50% travel, with occasional evening and weekend work during go-live events.

Supports planning, execution, commissioning, customer acceptance, and closeout of material handling automation projects. Coordinates engineering, software, operations, procurement, installation teams, suppliers, and customers while tracking schedules, budgets, risks, milestones, changes, and financial reporting. Assists with installation, startup, operational readiness, vendor coordination, and customer communications. The role includes extensive travel and temporary assignments, with structured mentoring intended to prepare the associate for independent Project Manager responsibilities within 12–24 months.
