Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on automated material handling systems. Diagnoses mechanical and basic electrical issues, conducts preventive and predictive maintenance, documents repairs, tracks spare parts, and follows OSHA and company safety standards. Requires three years of related mechanical, electrical, HVAC, elevator, automotive, building maintenance, or machinery experience. Must hold a passport and be able to travel to Canada and Mexico.

Designs, develops, prototypes, tests, and revises conveyor-system products. Performs engineering calculations, modeling, simulations, cost and reliability analysis, and prototype test planning. Collaborates with design, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and administrative teams to resolve issues and deliver safe, maintainable products. Creates technical drawings, analyzes performance data, selects purchased components, manages multiple projects, and mentors junior engineers. The role requires approximately 20% travel.

Manages material handling automation projects involving conveyors, robotics, AS/RS, structures, controls, software, and warehouse systems. Oversees project planning, execution, financials, resources, customer and supplier relationships, contracts, records, communications, and multiple concurrent locations. Requires up to 50% travel and occasional weekend or evening work during go-live events.
