Lead end-to-end proposal development for federal, state, local, and commercial opportunities: analyze solicitations, create schedules and compliance matrices, coordinate SMEs and leadership, manage color team reviews, write and edit proposal content, oversee production and electronic submissions, maintain proposal libraries, and drive process improvements to increase win probability.

Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems per requirements. Design, code, integrate, debug, and test software components; implement algorithms and database interfaces; document and improve development processes; lead small teams as needed.
