Create, edit, and manage technical documentation (user guides, manuals, developer docs) for Enterprise IT systems supporting an Intelligence Community customer. Serve as process owner and primary government liaison, lead technical writing tasks and staff, translate functional requirements into specifications, and ensure documentation aligns with SDLC and RMF terminology.

Provide cloud engineering and programming support for customers' broadcast systems. Work includes AWS cloud services (MediaLive, DynamoDB), API configuration, system administration (RHEL/Linux), programming/scripting (Python, C++, Perl, Windows shell), firmware/patch management, cloud troubleshooting, and support for broadcast equipment and streaming/video technologies. Active TS/SCI with agency polygraph required.

Develop and integrate component-based services and applications for mission solutions. Implement NLP and ML models (including LLMs), build RESTful APIs and ETL pipelines, work with cloud (AWS), SQL/Postgres, and support testing, debugging, and production monitoring across security boundaries.
