The Account Executive drives new B2B business through prospecting, presentations, solution selling, proposal management, and closing opportunities. The role consults with business executives on shipping and logistics solutions, develops customized analyses, builds sales pipelines, activates and trains customers on the platform, and partners with operations and account management teams to support customer satisfaction. Success requires strong communication, organization, presentation skills, business acumen, and a quota-driven, competitive mindset.

Processes and validates customer invoices, investigates billing discrepancies, maintains accurate records, and supports audit compliance. Communicates with internal teams and customers to resolve billing issues, monitors billing queues and deadlines, supports month-end activities, tests billing system enhancements, and recommends workflow improvements.

Manage an established client portfolio and coordinate nationwide freight shipments. Responsibilities include sourcing carriers and drivers, negotiating carrier pricing, scheduling shipments, tracking deliveries, communicating with shippers, and resolving transportation issues. The role emphasizes customer relationship management, problem-solving, multitasking, and performance-driven account growth. No prior logistics experience is required, and training is provided.
