Leads talent acquisition across UFC, WWE, PBR, and Zuffa Boxing; manages three recruiters, sets recruiting strategy, oversees senior searches and the internship program, builds referral and talent pipeline programs, adopts AI recruiting tools, partners with business leaders, and maintains hiring quality across multiple locations.

Supports producers and associate producers with interview and footage logging, archive research, content development, screening, editing, audio production, and short-form non-linear editing for WWE television and digital programming. The role requires strong organization, communication, creativity, deadline management, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, long hours, and occasional field-production travel.

Manages WWE show and match promotion across editorial, social, creative writing, talent, and production teams. Responsibilities include organizing promotional schedules, coordinating weekly communications, planning major event rollouts, pitching promotion ideas, monitoring talent portrayal, and supporting coverage across WWE.com, YouTube, and other platforms. The role requires extensive travel, strong copywriting and communication skills, social media programming experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Support live show production by compiling and editing video content, assisting producers, performing quality control on content and graphics, and working flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Lead launch and scale of a digital membership product by converting waitlist and owned audiences into paid members. Build lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, web, app and landing pages; segment audiences with CRM/Data; run A/B tests; optimize funnels and conversion flows; coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Marketing, Ticketing, Ecommerce, Social, Content, CRM, and Events; track performance and deliver weekly readouts; establish repeatable growth processes.

The Senior Editor will craft short-form video content across digital, social, and broadcast platforms, collaborating with creative teams to enhance storytelling through editing while managing multiple projects.

Write emotionally sophisticated character-driven storylines and scripts for RAW, SmackDown, and select WWE programming. Collaborate in a writersroom, punch-up scripted segments, ensure episode continuity, incorporate consumer and social insights, and travel weekly to shows and rotating Premium Live Events while attending weekly creative meetings at Stamford HQ.

Support operations and logistics for talent tryouts and development, manage athlete databases, prepare recruiting correspondence and materials, and coordinate activations and relations for current WWE/NXT Superstars.
