Supervises 24/7 patient flow and bed assignments, coordinates transfers, manages staffing and resource pools, responds to emergencies, assists charge nurses with clinical and personnel issues, and supports performance improvement and public relations.

Document physician/licensed practitioner dictation and activities into the medical record, transcribe histories, procedures, and consultations, gather and track test results, support patient flow, and follow privacy and documentation rules under clinician supervision.

Post and reconcile insurance and patient payments into Epic, balance postings to bank deposits, resolve unidentified payments, process refunds and remittances, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting for patient accounting.
