Provide technical support to customer engineering teams by recommending fastening solutions, reviewing prints, performing teardown and line-walk evaluations, proposing VA/VE improvements, delivering technical presentations and training, and serving as a liaison between Wurth and customer design, engineering, and procurement. Participate in a 9-12 month rotational training covering product knowledge, quality assurance, supply chain, and SAP systems.

As a Supply Chain Apprentice, you will learn about supply chain operations, track inventory, assist with shipping, maintain records, and operate warehouse equipment.

Manage materials planning, procurement, inventory, and distribution to meet production needs. Lead and develop a team of planners, maintain ERP and procurement settings, optimize inventory, reduce stockouts/excess, coordinate cross-functionally, track usage and costs, and implement materials management best practices.
