Design, program, and commission process control systems (DCS/PLC/SCADA/HMI) using Siemens PCS7 and related hardware. Prepare project documentation, perform testing and troubleshooting, support startup/check-out, report project status, engage in client meetings, and contribute to proposals, continuous improvement, and business development activities.

Designs and implements control systems including PLC programming and SCADA, develops schematics and panel layouts in AutoCAD, authors Sequence of Operation, leads design reviews, performs on-site system checkout/start-up, develops record documentation and training, serves as technical lead and manages projects up to $500k including scheduling, purchasing, and subcontractor coordination.

Lead and independently manage multiple small-to-medium controls and automation projects from initiation through completion. Control project costs, schedules, and resources; guide clients on technical decisions; manage vendors and teams; ensure deliverables meet expectations; report progress and act as client representative when needed. Foster team development and maintain compliance with company policies.
