Design, program, and implement control systems and panels including PLC programming, instrumentation, AutoCAD schematics, system checkout/start-up, customer training, and lead smaller projects and teams across manufacturing and data center automation.

Lead and build a regional Electrical Testing Group business unit: manage day-to-day operations, staffing, P&L, project delivery, safety, QC, vendor/client relationships, and implement ETG systems and KPIs to drive growth from startup to profitability.

Lead DeltaV automation solutions across project lifecycle, providing technical direction, system architecture, integration, testing, commissioning, and client engagement. Mentor teams, manage risks, ensure regulatory and data integrity compliance (GxP/CSV/21 CFR Part 11), and support system migrations and startup activities.
