Responsibilities include network monitoring, troubleshooting, upgrades, audits, documentation, performance improvements, project management, information security support, escalation support, mentoring, and occasional branch-site travel. Provides onsite, remote, on-call, and emergency support while advancing shared IT services and network reliability.

Designs, programs, documents, and commissions industrial control systems involving PLCs, DCS, RTUs, HMI/SCADA, databases, instrumentation, control panels, and industrial networks. Develops system architectures and schematics, supports checkout and client commissioning, and applies process-control, life-sciences validation, and regulatory standards. The engineer may lead technical projects, guide junior staff, manage smaller projects, and travel up to 25%.
