Responsibilities include developing specifications, schematics, panel layouts, hazardous-area designs, cost estimates, testing, commissioning, documentation, training, and customer support. The engineer may lead technical teams, manage project schedules, purchasing, subcontractors, budgets, and change orders. Work includes customer-site startup and support across industries such as life sciences, building automation, food and beverage, oil and gas, and mining.
