The role requires regular client-site travel and hybrid office or field work in the St. Louis area.

Leads electrical protection and control projects from proposal through closeout across generation plants, substations, campuses, and data centers. Manages planning, budgets, schedules, invoicing, procurement, change orders, documentation, client relationships, subcontractors, engineering, commissioning, and field resources. Reviews scopes and technical documents, identifies risks, supports proposals, mentors staff, and promotes safety, quality, and process improvement. Occasional travel to project sites and on-site work in demanding industrial environments are required.
