Lead regional Cost Consulting and Project Delivery functions, manage business development, staff resourcing and office operations, provide commercial cost, contract and claims advisory, and deliver project controls, procurement, feasibility and owners advisory services while mentoring staff and ensuring client satisfaction.

Prepare and manage construction cost estimates and cost plans from feasibility through construction, conduct cost analysis, advise clients on savings, manage contracts, lead value engineering, perform post-contract cost control, and liaise with stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing and reporting.

Support senior cost consultants by preparing quantity take-offs, cost estimates and tender documents; assist with value engineering, site measurement, progress reporting, change order reviews, and post-contract cost management while developing technical skills under mentorship.
