Lead preparation and management of construction cost estimates and cost plans from feasibility through construction. Perform detailed material and labour analysis, tender reconciliation, value engineering, post-contract cost control, and client presentations. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and stakeholders, manage contracts, and deliver monthly cost reporting and change order analysis while ensuring document control and client satisfaction.

Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates and cost plans; support tender documentation, value engineering, site progress reporting, change order reviews, and post-contract cost management under senior supervision.

Support preparation and maintenance of cost estimates, quantity take-offs, tender documentation, and post-contract cost management. Conduct site visits, prepare progress reports, assist with value engineering, and collaborate with project teams under senior supervision while developing technical and professional skills.
