Leads WSP’s Central Europe legal function across multiple countries, advising regional executives and managing approximately 13 legal professionals. Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, corporate governance, client contracts, employment law, disputes, litigation, legal risk mitigation, privacy and GDPR, external counsel, legal budgeting, M&A due diligence, crisis management, and high-risk project approvals. The role also supports ethics, ESG, AI, digital matters, training, succession planning, and implementation of global legal policies.

Lead regional Data Centres market strategy across Central Europe: drive growth, commercial discipline, and high-quality delivery. Align country teams on go-to-market, manage proposals, pricing, risk, CRM and pipeline reporting, and represent Data Centre clients to regional leadership while supporting major bids and operational delivery models.
