Provides front-desk coverage in supportive senior housing, monitoring resident well-being, building access, alarms, emergencies, and recreation areas. Answers phones, records activities and incidents, coordinates resident requests with management and social-service staff, conducts safety rounds, communicates with authorities, and helps maintain a safe, respectful environment. Requires teamwork, clear English communication, a high school diploma or GED, and experience working with dependent persons. The position is on-site and includes weekend shifts.

Provides front desk coverage in a supportive housing facility by monitoring resident well-being, building access, alarms, emergencies, and safety. Answers phones, maintains logs, documents incidents, coordinates resident requests with building and social-service staff, and communicates with authorities when needed. Works on-site five days weekly, including afternoon and evening hours, while supporting a respectful, safe, and compassionate residential environment.

Provides overnight front desk coverage in supportive senior housing. Monitors resident wellbeing, building entry and exit, alarms, emergencies, recreation areas, and safety conditions. Answers phones, maintains logs, documents incidents, coordinates resident service and repair requests, communicates with staff and authorities, and supports emergency procedures. Works cooperatively with residents and colleagues while maintaining a respectful, compassionate environment.
