Supervises internal audit staff and leads risk-based audits across banking operations, payments, compliance, vendor management, and risk functions. Manages engagements from planning through reporting, evaluates controls and governance, identifies deficiencies, communicates findings, monitors remediation, supports regulatory examinations, and contributes to the annual audit plan. Provides coaching, performance management, and technical guidance while maintaining compliance with auditing standards and banking regulations.

Paid 10-week internship supporting process improvement and automation initiatives in banking. Responsibilities include identifying efficiencies, assessing automation opportunities, conducting process discovery and research using Six Sigma, analyzing data with Excel and Power BI, tracking performance, participating in project meetings, and developing low-code automation solutions with Microsoft Power Automate.

Lead and supervise IT audit activities, design and execute audit programs, evaluate IT controls and cybersecurity frameworks, manage audit staff and deliver audit reports, provide advisory support for IT initiatives, perform risk assessments and follow-up audits, and liaise with senior management and regulators to ensure compliance and control effectiveness.
