Leads the company’s sponsorship and event portfolio, including strategic planning, vendor and contract management, six-figure budgets, partner relationships, event execution, sponsorship activations, and performance reporting. Aligns initiatives with business development, brand visibility, client engagement, and community goals. Partners cross-functionally with Marketing and business units, negotiates agreements, manages deliverables, evaluates ROI, and presents strategic recommendations to leadership. Requires flexibility for evening and weekend event support.

Manages the credit operations team and Finance Coordinators, overseeing documentation, contract closing, booking, funding, and servicing workflows. Leads coaching, process improvement, technology and automation adoption, KPI monitoring, compliance, fraud escalation, quality control, and stakeholder communication. Partners with Sales, Credit, Operations, and Technology teams to improve efficiency, accuracy, customer service, and transaction turnaround times.

Supports systems analysis and project governance for Cash Connect. Gathers requirements, maps processes, designs workflows, develops SQL-based reporting, and assists with system testing, integration, deployment, and training. Tracks project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables while maintaining dashboards and PMO documentation. Facilitates stakeholder communication, ensures Agile and Waterfall compliance, and resolves business or system requests. The role is primarily in-person in Newark, Delaware, four days per week.
