Provide high‑level administrative and operational support to the Chief Consumer Banking Officer and senior Consumer Banking leaders. Manage complex calendars, executive travel, meetings, events, expense management, vendor relationships, records, and confidential correspondence. Drive division initiatives, streamline processes, and coordinate logistics to ensure efficient executive operations and stakeholder engagement.

Manage and supervise a team of BSA/AML investigators and analysts, perform quality control on alerts, investigations, EDDs and SARs, update policy documentation, train staff, monitor regulatory changes and trends, and ensure compliance with BSA/USA PATRIOT Act and OFAC requirements.

Drive the full SBA sales lifecycle: generate leads, build referral networks, structure 7(a) and 504 loan proposals, prepare credit packages, manage an assigned territory, and service existing SBA portfolio customers to ensure satisfaction and growth.
