Leads utility vegetation management operations, contractor performance, field teams, scheduling, emergency response, safety compliance, customer interactions, agency coordination, and process improvement. Supports inspectors, resolves database issues, monitors work progress, and verifies equipment and vehicle conditions while working in rugged terrain and changing weather. Requires forestry, arboriculture, environmental science, or related experience, plant identification knowledge, communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Manages client databases, field data transfers, work requests, circuit files, statistical reports, schedules, maps, and manifests. Ensures reporting accuracy and data integrity while providing technical support to field and office personnel. Coordinates with clients and contractors to implement data collection and reporting changes, supports multiple projects, and facilitates timely completion of reports.

Requires fieldwork in rugged terrain and varied weather, strong plant identification and invasive species knowledge, communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and forestry, arboriculture, environmental science, or related experience. ISA Arborist certification, emergency response, hazard tree removal, and PG&E contractor experience are preferred.
