Leads utility vegetation management operations, contractor performance, field teams, scheduling, emergency response, safety compliance, customer interactions, agency coordination, database issue resolution, and support for vegetation inspectors. Requires a valid driver’s license, forestry, arboriculture, environmental science, or related education or experience, plant identification and invasive species knowledge, strong communication, and comfort working in rugged outdoor conditions.

Leads utility vegetation management operations, contractor performance, field teams, emergency response, scheduling, safety compliance, and process improvement. Coordinates with PG&E representatives, agencies, contractors, customers, and vegetation inspectors. Resolves operational and database issues, supports field visits and project management, monitors equipment and vehicles, and works independently in rugged terrain and varying weather conditions.

Lead and manage large, complex environmental and UVM projects: oversee budgets, schedules, stakeholder communications, permitting compliance, engineering planning (AutoCAD Civil 3D), team staffing and mentoring, proposal development, and client/agency relationship management.
