Provides administrative and customer service support to property management and maintenance teams. Responsibilities include office operations, records and file management, invoice processing, vendor setup, database updates, tenant communications, property walks, event support, and coordination with vendors, contractors, and internal teams. The role also maintains supplies and procedures, supports crisis communications, handles confidential information, and promotes AI tools to improve contract tracking, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Lead branding, illustration, graphic design, and art direction for retail marketing and activation campaigns across digital, print, environmental, signage, and experiential media. Develop concepts from inception through execution, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, present creative work, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Apply advanced Adobe Creative Suite and Procreate skills while experimenting with AI and staying current with design trends and technologies.
