Coordinates brand partnership sponsorships and experiential activations at Boston Seaport. Supports contract fulfillment, client relations, on-site pop-up execution, production materials, permitting documentation, cross-functional communication, meeting coordination, recap reporting, and market research. The role requires strong organization, communication, project management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced field marketing environment.

Marketing intern supporting the Hyde Park Village field team with community and retail event planning, website and email updates, Instagram and social media management, retail partner communications, marketing research, attendance tracking, meeting agendas, and promotional materials. The role is primarily in-office in Tampa, runs October through January for 15–20 hours weekly, and includes some weekend work.

Owns the firm’s internal controls, audit coordination, and institutional investor compliance program. Manages deadlines, cross-functional inputs, audits, due diligence, filings, certifications, access reviews, remediation, and control documentation. Produces polished communications for investors, auditors, and joint-venture partners while improving compliance workflows and championing AI-enabled productivity.
