The Director will lead design for a portfolio of mixed-use developments, setting quality standards, overseeing projects, mentoring staff, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Lead brand strategy and omni-channel marketing for the property, creating annual plans, paid media, events, PR, social and website content. Manage budgets, reporting on sales and traffic, coordinate tenant and community partnerships, produce collateral and activations, and integrate AI tools to improve workflows and outcomes.

Perform insurance compliance reviews and tracking for tenants, vendors, and lenders; maintain and develop insurance/risk databases; collect and analyze data for submissions; coordinate with brokers and counsel on claims and tender acceptance; support policy placement and renewals; develop internal training; act as an internal risk and insurance resource across departments.
