Own security governance for Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, and connected SaaS integrations. The role manages permissions, sharing rules, OAuth scopes, data flows, privacy compliance, and business continuity risks. It partners with RevOps, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance to secure business systems, investigate access and data-flow questions, and communicate risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Own the technical aspects of the sales process by leading discovery sessions, translating customer requirements into business value, delivering customized product demonstrations, and managing proofs of concept. Partner with Account Executives to win and expand enterprise accounts, advise customers on solution design, and contribute technical expertise, mentoring, and cross-functional insights to the broader organization.

Deliver end-to-end technical consulting for Wrike customers: design and implement integrations, lead enterprise data migrations, build API and iPaaS solutions, create automation and monitoring, produce technical documentation and runbooks, and enable adoption through training and knowledge transfer.
