Analyzes sales, distribution, pricing, profitability, and operational data to identify growth and efficiency opportunities. Develops KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, forecasts, and executive reports; evaluates sales and marketing performance; supports planning, budgeting, inventory management, and process improvement. Ensures data integrity, improves reporting capabilities, and translates complex findings into actionable recommendations while partnering cross-functionally with leadership, suppliers, sales, marketing, operations, finance, and IT.

Maintains pricing structures, supplier rebates, costing and inventory valuation systems, and revenue reporting. Performs general ledger coding, journal entries, reconciliations, tax filings, and GL exports. Analyzes pricing, gross profit, KPIs, budgets, and large datasets to provide actionable financial insights. Supports management with ad hoc analysis, resolves pricing issues, and assists with accounting and office duties while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Manage and maintain point-of-sale (POS) inventory: receive, sort, create and track POS items in Eostar/POS Tool, fulfill POS requests, keep POS room organized and safe, coordinate deliveries, and communicate inventory status with sales and brand teams.
