Supports and co-leads state-level Integrated Resource Planning through power-sector modeling, simulation, scenario development, policy analysis, project execution, stakeholder engagement, capacity building, and research publications. The role collaborates with utilities, regulators, renewable energy agencies, donors, and partners to translate analytical findings into electricity-sector policy and regulatory insights.

Supports sustainable urban development projects in Tamil Nadu through stakeholder engagement, government coordination, data collection, field surveys, GIS and spatial analysis, project documentation, policy briefs, presentations, progress monitoring, and technical assistance. The role involves collaborating with government departments, local governments, academic institutions, and other partners, while contributing to workshops, capacity-building activities, research outputs, and implementation planning. Travel to pilot study areas is required as needed.
