Design, write, and execute test plans, test cases, and automated scripts (Python). Validate data between platforms (Datorama/Power BI) and source systems using SQL and Excel. Monitor QA metrics, ensure QA process adherence, mentor junior team members, resolve complex issues, and contribute to documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage and optimise programmatic campaigns to meet client KPIs, create media plans, execute and evaluate tests, deliver programmatic strategy and performance reporting, liaise with clients and media partners, support financial reconciliation and QA, and mentor junior team members within the WPP Open ecosystem.

Support execution and optimization of paid search, social, and display campaigns. Analyze SQRs and performance metrics, implement negative keywords and bid strategies, prepare weekly reports with actionable recommendations, identify trends and learnings, optimize creatives and landing pages, and verify campaign spend through finance reconciliation to ensure accurate budget reporting and improved client performance.
