Supervise Account Representatives, coach and mentor sales staff, execute company promotions, conduct store audits, manage KPIs and operating plans, address account issues, develop strategic customer partnerships, direct sales across multiple channels, and solicit new business to drive profitable beverage sales and distribution.

Manage daily routing and scheduling, organize pallets and truck consolidation, handle order procurement and forecasting for assigned franchises, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on supply issues, support operational departments, and drive continuous improvement and superior customer service.
