Integrate and maintain APIs, webhooks, digital forms, and automated workflows across healthcare technology platforms. Troubleshoot data synchronization issues, improve workflow reliability, manage notifications, and support dental offices and patients. The role also involves basic data entry, sensitive healthcare information handling, HIPAA compliance, and clear communication with technical and nontechnical users.

Manage billing, invoicing, transaction coding, reconciliations, and accounting records using QuickBooks Online and billing tools. Support forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, discrepancy investigation, and process improvements while maintaining accurate and organized financial workflows in a fully remote environment.
