Manages paid advertising across Google, Meta, and Microsoft Advertising for an e-commerce automotive aftermarket business. Responsibilities include launching and optimizing campaigns, testing creatives and audiences, managing Shopping and Performance Max campaigns, coordinating AI-driven advertising tools, tracking conversions, reallocating budgets, researching competitors, and reporting performance. This is a part-time remote contract role requiring 20 hours weekly and overlap during Eastern Time business hours.

Maintain and troubleshoot Zoho, RingCentral, Doxy, and other IT systems; manage user onboarding and offboarding; update website content and chatbot functionality; monitor digital properties for security threats; resolve calendar synchronization issues; and support social media, review monitoring, surveys, and mass email campaigns.

Enter application information into a web-based system using provided documents, verify completeness and accuracy, protect confidential client data, resolve discrepancies with the team, and assist with administrative tasks. The role requires strong attention to detail, English communication skills, basic computer proficiency, independent time management, consistent availability during assigned shifts, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment.
