The Ads Media Assistant will create and refine advertising media using AI, assist in client onboarding, and support administrative tasks by following SOPs.

Manage end-to-end maintenance jobs for a property maintenance platform: triage inbound tickets, source and coordinate vendors, schedule and reconfirm site visits, drive quoting and documentation (W9s, COIs, signed quotes), oversee work execution, verify completion with photos/site sign-off, reconcile invoices, and close jobs with a complete paper trail while communicating with clients and internal teams.

Manage and improve Salesforce and Go High Level systems: pipelines, automations, integrations, landing pages, reporting, and data integrity. Build funnels, configure APIs (WhatsApp, email, calendars, payments), troubleshoot issues, create dashboards, document architecture, and train stakeholders while collaborating with founders, sales, operations, and external developers.
