Lead a system integration team to ensure AD/ADAS software and hardware meet system-level requirements. Own requirement decomposition, implementation governance, hardware resource allocation, and end-to-end test strategies (SIM, SIL/HIL, closed-course, on-road). Coordinate cross-functional and international stakeholders to deliver production-intent releases aligned to TMC milestones.

Serve as the CTO’s strategic and operational partner by aligning leadership, KPIs, budgets, hiring plans, and cross-functional initiatives. Optimize the CTO’s priorities and schedule, anticipate needs, prepare meeting materials, resolve conflicts, and build stakeholder alignment across Woven by Toyota and Toyota. Create dashboards and analyses, improve operational infrastructure, support organizational transformation, and represent the CTO. The role requires fluent English and Japanese communication, empathetic leadership, and experience scaling senior technology executives.

The Systems Engineer II designs and implements software solutions for automotive systems, focusing on reliability and performance. Responsibilities include developing software components, creating system specifications, and resolving complex integration issues while collaborating with teams and global partners.
