Own media planning, forecasting, budgets, campaign execution, optimization, and agency performance. Partner with Analytics, Product, CRM, Finance, and Creative to improve registration and first-deposit conversion while meeting CPA, ROAS, LTV, and payback targets. The role also establishes testing roadmaps and scales new channels, audiences, partnerships, and creative.

Owns intake, triage, delivery tracking, release reporting, and workflow automation across central services, DevOps, and data teams. Leads contract engineers, manages planning and retrospectives, builds cross-functional dashboards, automates status updates through APIs, and communicates delivery health and decisions. The role requires a technically experienced program manager who can read and write software, use AI tools, lead engineers, and improve delivery processes in a real-money gaming environment.
