Provides customer-facing technical support for desktops, laptops, and related applications and infrastructure. Performs basic to moderately complex troubleshooting, repairs equipment, manages parts and inventory, documents service calls, and completes real-time reporting. Travels to client locations, occasionally overnight, and lifts equipment up to 50 pounds while following safety and service-level guidelines.

Provides onsite technical support, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance for desktops, laptops, and related client equipment.
