This position provides technical support for desktops and laptops, addressing client issues, completing service calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, real-time reporting, and asset control.

The Dynamic PC Support Technician provides customer support for desktops and laptops, troubleshooting technical issues and completing administrative tasks related to service calls.

Provide onsite desktop and laptop repair and troubleshooting, support desk-side applications and infrastructure, respond to client service calls within SLAs, maintain asset control and reporting, follow safety and client policies, and perform occasional long-distance or overnight assignments as required.
