Oversees full-cycle recruitment, passive sourcing, employer branding, candidate experience, recruiting technology, analytics, and hiring for engineering, construction, technical, and corporate roles. Represents the company at industry events and develops scalable processes to support rapid organizational growth.

Provide on-site HR and office support for the Dallas/Plano office, handling onboarding, access and equipment coordination, HRIS upkeep, compliance documentation, training tracking, benefits and workers' comp support, recruiting logistics, and general office administration while ensuring confidentiality and a welcoming employee experience.

Lead electrical design for large infrastructure projects including power distribution, lighting, controls, short-circuit analysis, and commissioning. Coordinate with teams and contractors, develop electrical documents, ensure code compliance (NEC/IEEE/IEC), manage budgets and schedules, support field installation and testing, and mentor junior engineers to improve processes and maintain design quality.

Lead electrical design for large infrastructure and data center projects: develop and review one-line diagrams, load calculations, panel schedules, and technical studies; ensure code compliance (NEC/IEEE/IEC); coordinate with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams; support commissioning, testing, construction, and project close-out; mentor junior engineers and improve design workflows.
