Coordinates global learning and development operations, including training logistics, calendars, learner communications, rosters, attendance tracking, materials, evaluations, and session closeout. Partners with facilitators, subject-matter experts, LMS administrators, People Partners, and business stakeholders to deliver virtual, hybrid, and in-person programs. Maintains training trackers, catalogs, SharePoint resources, and standardized workflows while identifying process improvements and supporting learning program planning across global time zones.

Leads European quality and compliance strategy for a global CRO, overseeing quality management, regulatory inspection readiness, audits, CAPA effectiveness, risk mitigation, and QMS governance. Provides executive-level guidance to clients and internal stakeholders, supports business development and regulatory activities, and leads quality transformation initiatives. Manages global quality teams and partners with senior leadership to ensure compliance with clinical research regulations and industry expectations.

Manages Randomization and Trial Supply Management systems throughout clinical trials, from implementation through decommissioning. Oversees project timelines, budgets, vendors, communications, study design, requirements, testing, documentation, inventory files, quality control, and randomization monitoring. Serves as the escalation point for stakeholders and supports sponsor and investigator meetings while ensuring compliance with company SOPs and clinical trial standards.
