Develop tools for variance commentary, financial close checklists, reconciliation, FP&A, natural-language data exploration, and financial analysis. Partner with finance stakeholders, measure adoption and productivity gains, and maintain governance separating AI recommendations from financial controls. The role requires software engineering, finance process knowledge, and experience with Databricks, LLM applications, finance systems, and production-ready applications.

Leads North American business development by managing Account Directors, setting sales territories and targets, developing key-account strategies, pursuing new clinical research business, and building long-term client partnerships. The role involves sales presentations, proposal and pricing input, competitor intelligence, CRM oversight, marketing collaboration, and engagement with senior management on major opportunities. Strong pharmaceutical industry knowledge, strategic planning, communication, leadership, and national travel are required.

Acts as a subject matter expert for clinical trial site contracts in Spain. Prepares, negotiates, and finalizes site contracts, investigator budgets, clinical trial agreements, and related documents. Resolves negotiation issues, manages risks, supports process improvements and SOP development, maintains templates, and collaborates with legal, finance, data protection, clinical operations, sites, investigators, and sponsors. Provides guidance to junior contract specialists and ensures contract completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
