Teams at Worldwide Clinical Trials

Manages clinical trial site activation and study start-up activities, including site identification, qualification, essential document collection, contracts, regulatory coordination, project tracking, budgets, risk mitigation, metrics, and sponsor communication. Ensures activities comply with GCP, regulations, SOPs, timelines, and budgets. Supports feasibility, proposals, process improvements, training, and cross-functional collaboration with project teams, sponsors, vendors, and clinical sites.

Manage Phase I–IV clinical trials from startup through closeout, overseeing technical, financial, operational, resource, quality, cost, and timeline objectives. Lead cross-functional and external teams, coordinate subcontractors, develop and track project plans, resolve conflicts, manage contingencies, and ensure deliverables meet client and contract expectations. The role requires clinical pharmaceutical or research experience, knowledge of ICH Guidelines and GCP, strong communication and organizational skills, and domestic and international travel.

Lead business development for early-phase clinical and bioanalytical services: generate revenue, identify leads, write proposals, present to clients, maintain CRM, support pricing and contracts, and travel nationally to grow accounts.
