Design, build, deploy, and support secure, scalable integrations and APIs across enterprise and third-party systems using Azure integration services, message/event patterns, and DevOps practices. Implement authentication/security, monitoring, CI/CD, documentation, and production support while collaborating with architects, product owners, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

Administer and configure the HEI Apply SaaS platform: build workflows, forms, notifications, permissions, and reports; support integrations, testing, onboarding, user training, and continuous improvement for higher-education admissions and student lifecycle processes.

Design and own UX/UI for pre-trip digital experiences: create flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens and Figma prototypes, build and maintain a component-based interaction design system, collaborate with PMs, engineers, and VoC researchers, and contribute reusable components and patterns for consistent, accessible, on‑brand interfaces.
