The Digital Experience Specialist will manage web content, enhance SEO performance, analyze site analytics, and optimize user engagement across digital platforms.

Design, build, deploy, and support secure, scalable integrations and APIs across enterprise systems using Azure integration services. Develop REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven workflows, message-based patterns, and automation with Python. Implement API security, CI/CD, monitoring, and operational runbooks while collaborating with architects, product owners, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

Manage financial status and transactions for 150–250 travel groups from registration through post-trip reconciliation. Serve as primary financial contact for Program Leaders, coordinate with Account Managers, Customer Support, and Finance, handle invoicing, payments, refunds, collections, and related communications while maintaining accurate records and audit trails.
