Manage and develop a team of International Program Consultants to generate new K–12 group travel business through prospecting, coaching, training, forecasting, territory management, and cross-functional collaboration. Oversee sales metrics, call activity, pricing/process knowledge, escalations, and participate in events and seasonal travel to support retention and growth.

Coordinate K-12 international tour details between Sales and Product Delivery, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, pricing support, and internal process improvements. Act as liaison, maintain systems and databases, prepare status reports, and support projects to balance supplier requirements, client expectations, and operational efficiency.

Lead Program Management for K12 domestic group travel: manage Program Managers, ensure pricing, itineraries, and operational readiness; drive cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, automation, reporting, and profitability while supporting workforce planning and customer/stakeholder satisfaction.
