Support implementation and improvement of the enterprise risk management framework; collect and review risk registers; conduct desktop research on standards; assist policy lifecycle, audit follow-up, due diligence, operational and compliance reviews; prepare reports, briefings and learning materials; maintain confidential records and provide administrative support.

Lead the design, development, and operationalization of national and regional fisheries databases and information systems. Assess existing FMIS, define data architecture, standards, and interoperability; advise on cloud/web platforms and tools; establish data governance and quality procedures; deliver prototypes, training, reports, and implementation roadmaps while coordinating with PMU, national agencies, and regional partners.

Provide technical leadership to develop and implement regional and national fisheries management frameworks and plans aligned with the Ecosystem Approach to Fisheries (EAF). Lead RFMP and FMP development, strengthen MCS and regulatory frameworks, design management indicators, facilitate stakeholder consultations, deliver capacity building and trainings, and produce assessment, technical guidance, and final reports to support sustainable Red Sea fisheries management.
