Owns the enterprise-wide business and information view across fundraising, finance, program delivery, and workforce. Establishes data quality, privacy, validation, and acceptance standards while supporting large-scale transformation initiatives and AI or analytical data workloads.

Designs end-to-end technology solutions for business and technical challenges. Develops architecture artifacts, reusable designs, estimates, roadmaps, and communicates solutions to stakeholders and Scrum teams. Ensures alignment with enterprise architecture standards, policies, security, and technology strategies while helping define future direction and reduce technical debt. Requires broad expertise across cloud infrastructure, integration, data platforms, web technologies, CRM/ERP systems, AI, DevSecOps, and Agile delivery.

Leads organizational change management for enterprise digital transformation initiatives. Develops change strategies, impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder communications, training, adoption programs, champion networks, and resistance interventions. Advises executives and managers, measures adoption through analytics and dashboards, reports progress to leadership, and builds internal change capability. The role requires strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, change methodology, and experience delivering transformation programs across multiple teams.

Coordinates end-to-end warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, shipping, receiving, freight, customs documentation, and donation distribution activities. Maintains inventory accuracy, processes shipments, coordinates carriers and vendors, monitors logistics KPIs, supports warehouse safety and security, and drives process improvements. Leads logistics planning and on-site execution for Pack-It-Forward events, including volunteer coordination, sorting, palletizing, and shipment preparation. Requires physical handling of materials and forklift, walkie, and first aid certifications.

Provides end-to-end management and advisory support for institutional donor-funded international grants. Oversees implementation, budgets, risks, donor reporting, compliance, evaluations, learning, contracts, and financial performance. Applies Results-Based Management and supports MEAL systems while coordinating cross-functional, cross-cultural teams and communicating progress, results, and risks to stakeholders. This is a remote, Canada-based independent consulting engagement requiring approximately annual international travel.

Designs and governs the enterprise data architecture, including data platforms, models, integration standards, reusable data products, master data, quality controls, security, and lifecycle management. Establishes architecture roadmaps and standards, presents decisions to senior leadership, reviews solution and vendor designs, documents reference architectures, and guides implementation. The role supports reporting, analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and secure data sharing across the organization.

Build and manage World Vision Canada's entertainment partnership portfolio, focusing on artists, promoters, managers, and agents. Develop partner plans, supporter journeys, campaigns, events, and activations to drive sponsorship acquisition, revenue, and brand visibility. Manage project budgets, contracts, invoices, deliverables, and post-event reporting while coordinating internal and external stakeholders. Use performance data to optimize initiatives, represent the organization within the entertainment industry, and provide onsite event support.
