Teams at World Surf League

Analyze and report audience metrics to support executive decision-making, forecast growth, provide insights to Sponsorship/Content/Events, manage audience databases and analytics tools, oversee surveys and vendor research, and collaborate with teams to advance analytics capabilities and executive communications.

Manage APAC partner relationships end-to-end: plan and execute partnership events and activations, produce proposals and post-event analysis, manage media plans and broadcast/social partnerships, prospect new leads, produce sales reports, and support commercial operations and internal stakeholder communication. Travel and weekend availability required.

Support revenue strategy with data organization, recurring and ad hoc partner-facing reports, ticketing and merchandise reporting, market research, slide/deck formatting, and process improvements. Assist with CRM/Digideck tasks and general team projects to produce clear summaries and insights for partners and internal stakeholders.
