Leads rotating-shift marine fuel terminal operations in Gibraltar, overseeing vessel and road tanker fuel movements, storage, inventory, blending, and documentation. Supervises Terminal Operators, allocates resources, manages incidents and emergencies, and promotes HSSEQ compliance. Responsibilities include permit-to-work and risk assessment activities, inspections, minor maintenance coordination, KPI reporting, stock reconciliation, housekeeping, and continuous improvement. Requires experience in fuel terminal, marine, or bulk liquid operations and supervisory shift leadership.

Lead and develop the Client Services team, oversee customer inquiries and escalations, improve service processes, monitor KPIs, manage stakeholder and supplier relationships, and ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences. The role includes coaching employees, coordinating with Sales and Operations, communicating performance to senior leadership, and driving operational excellence.

Leads indirect procurement for subscriptions, managing contract lifecycles, renewals, sourcing events, negotiations, supplier relationships, risk evaluation, spend analysis, and cost optimization. Partners with IT, Legal, Information Security, Category Managers, and business stakeholders; uses Oracle Fusion to support procure-to-pay activities and invoice resolution. Maintains procurement records, supports SOX audits, develops policies, and drives process improvements through automation and technology.
