Administers employee benefits, onboarding, payroll support, HRIS records, leave, compliance reporting, communications, and offboarding. The role coordinates with employees, managers, Finance, IT, vendors, and benefits providers; reconciles invoices, maintains confidential personnel data, supports audits, and improves HR processes. This hybrid Washington, DC position requires substantial benefits administration experience and proficiency with Paycom and Microsoft Office.

Leads enterprise technology, CRM, data analytics, and AI strategy for a mission-driven organization. Oversees technology investments, vendors, architecture, cybersecurity, governance, data integration, AI adoption, change management, and measurable business outcomes. Manages technical leaders and teams, develops talent, partners with executives and the Board, and ensures reliable platforms, trusted data, and effective technology services.

Supports corporate partnership strategy through prospect research, relationship cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, fundraising materials, Salesforce record management, project tracking, and cross-functional coordination. The role manages a small portfolio of corporate partners and prospects, supports agreements and events, coordinates team workflows, and serves as an internal liaison across WFP USA departments.
