Manage a portfolio of partner accounts across Africa, building trusted relationships with senior executives and developing engagement, retention, and growth strategies. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver partner experiences, shape executive agendas, support event participation, and identify opportunities for deeper collaboration. The role requires strong commercial judgment, stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to manage multiple strategic accounts.

Drives adoption of digital and AI-enabled products through user enablement, training, change management, self-service resources, and coaching. Designs lightweight automations and AI solutions to streamline workflows and improve productivity. Supports an internal AI champion community, responds to user questions and feedback, and helps teams independently develop practical digital solutions while fostering responsible experimentation.

Leads economic inclusion and gender parity initiatives, particularly across financial markets, senior leadership, and AI transformation. Conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis, develops actionable insights and thought leadership, convenes senior public- and private-sector stakeholders, and manages workshops, dialogues, communities, and complex multi-workstream projects. Supports Centre-wide strategy, planning, communications, and cross-functional collaboration while representing the organization internally and externally.
