Lead and manage the Grant Accounting team to ensure accurate, compliant grant accounting and reporting. Oversee month-, quarter-, and year-end closes, reconciliations, audits, process improvements, and system/ERP enhancements while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Manage accounts receivable operations including cash booking, invoicing, reconciliations, aging analysis and credit card payments. Handle AR queries, produce management reports (DSO, bad debts), support month/quarter/year-end closings and audits, lead credit-control and collections activities, coordinate event-related invoice collections, and drive process improvements across AR.

Lead the Centre's Education, Skills and Learning portfolio: set strategy, manage teams and resources, build partnerships, drive impact and produce reports, frameworks and initiatives to influence workforce transformation and systems change.
