Leads procurement, logistics, inventory, transportation, storage, and distribution for disaster-relief activations. Manages field supply-chain teams, builds kitchen infrastructure, oversees vendors and budgets, and coordinates rapid delivery of food and essential supplies in challenging environments. Recruits and trains local teams, engages communities and stakeholders, supports crisis response, and completes post-activation reporting. Requires frequent travel, rapid deployment, physical resilience, and the ability to work in remote or hazardous conditions.

Processes charitable donations from multiple sources, reviews and cleans gift and donor information, enters data into Salesforce NPSP, reconciles files with Finance, and ensures accuracy and confidentiality. The coordinator also responds to donor inquiries, resolves donation issues, supports internal information requests, meets processing deadlines, identifies process improvements, and contributes to team projects.

Support Development Operations by maintaining SOPs, tracking projects in Asana, managing legacy donation and donor documentation workflows, assisting stewardship and donor-facing materials, identifying process improvements, and supporting cross-team operational tasks and special projects.
