The role also recommends additional due diligence and supports valuation decisions involving distressed, foreclosed, and REO properties.

Provides remote administrative and operational support to the Corporate Legal Department. The role requires discretion with confidential information, strong organization, attention to detail, professional English communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Monday.com.

Performs credit analysis and underwriting for commercial loan applications. Reviews financial statements, bank statements, tax returns, and cash flow data; builds basic financial models; structures credit applications; evaluates loan and portfolio performance; and prepares accurate underwriting and loan approval forms using Excel while following company guidelines.
