Lead and manage high-volume Non‑QM mortgage processing and pipeline operations. Oversee condition clearing, documentation, SLAs, cross-team coordination (underwriting, title, valuation, closings), process improvements, and team leadership to ensure timely, compliant loan delivery.

Lead and manage the title clearance team, prioritize workload, ensure SLAs and regulatory compliance, resolve escalations, train staff, and uphold company policies and quality standards.
