Lead WADA's scientific research agenda by managing a portfolio of multidisciplinary projects from concept to implementation. Set research priorities, oversee proposal review and funding, build partnerships with laboratories and academia, translate findings into operational anti-doping solutions, monitor impact metrics, represent WADA externally, and mentor staff to drive scientific excellence and program delivery.
Sports
Provides administrative and results-management support to Legal Affairs leadership and the Results Management Unit: agenda and stakeholder communications, managing departmental inbox, data entry and document uploads into the Results Management database (RMC), compiling statistics, data searches and reporting, file management, and coordinating travel. Maintains confidentiality, prioritizes diverse tasks under tight deadlines, and contributes to other initiatives. Periodic evening or weekend work required.
