Leads the Governance and Legal Services function, advising trustees, senior leadership, and affiliates on governance, charity and corporate law, employment law, contracts, data protection, regulatory compliance, and organisational risk. Oversees the Company Secretary function, Board and committee support, legal risk mitigation, governance frameworks, organisational change, and external legal counsel across multiple jurisdictions.

Design and implement global talent acquisition and internal mobility approaches. Strengthen recruitment processes, identify skills and workforce gaps, support global resourcing, use talent data for decision-making, and build capability across the People function through scalable processes, coaching, and knowledge transfer.
