Partners with senior leaders to deliver people strategy, workforce planning, employee relations, organisational change, talent and performance initiatives, compensation reviews, recruitment mobility, and HR policy governance. Uses people analytics to influence decisions and champions equity, diversity, and inclusion across a global organisation. Advises on employment law and manages people-related risk across multiple jurisdictions.

Leads the Governance and Legal Services function, overseeing governance, compliance, legal, regulatory, and risk frameworks. Advises trustees, senior leadership, and stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions; supports the Board and committees; manages legal counsel; and provides guidance on charity law, corporate governance, employment law, contracts, data protection, regulatory compliance, and organizational change.

Leads the global compliance framework and oversees operations and governance for the Brazil entity. Responsibilities include managing multi-country obligation registers, compliance calendars, assurance reporting, Brazilian legal and regulatory compliance, budgeting, cash flow, statutory reporting, external audits, and data protection requirements. The role coordinates activities across jurisdictions and entities while providing financial and operational oversight.
